½ cup Mint Leaves

1 tsp Ginger

5-6 Ice Cubes

¼ cup Boondi

¼ cup Coriander Leaves


1 tsp Imli Paste

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Saunf Powder

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper Powder


1 tbsp Sugar

A pinch of Hing

1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves and ginger with some water.

Step 1

In a bowl, add the ground paste, imli paste, salt, pepper and hing.

Step 2

Add saunf powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Step 3

Add chilled water and mix well. Then, take a tall glass, add some ice cubes and pour the jaljeera in it.

Step 4

Garnish with boondi and mint leaves. Enjoy!
