4 medium Raw Mangoes
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Onion, grated
2 tbsp Oil

20-30 Kadhi Patta (curry leaves)
2-3 Sabut Lal Mirch
8-10 Sabut Kali Mirch (peppercorns)

3/4 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
Ginger and Coriander Leaves, for garnish
Boil mangoes in a pressure cooker till their skin comes off. Peel and grind the mango pulp to make puree.
Pour mango puree in a bowl, add water and mix well.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, sugar, and whisk the mixture. Keep it aside.
In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, whole red chillies, black peppercorn, onion paste, and mix well.
Add mango mixture. When it starts boiling, add coconut milk and let it simmer.
Add chopped ginger, chopped coriander and mix well.
Sprinkle some more coriander leaves for garnishing and serve hot!
