TANDOORI-STYLE
ACHARI ALOO TIKKA
RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup Baby Potatoes, boiled and peeled

1 tsp Mustard Oil

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1/4 cup Curd

Ingredients

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Leftover Pickle Paste

1/4 tsp Kasoori Methi

Ingredients

1/4 tsp Chaat Masala

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp Besan

Take curd in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, besan and turmeric powder.

Step 1

Add garam masala, mustard oil, leftover pickle paste, kasoori methi and ginger-garlic paste. Mix everything well.

Step 2

Add this paste to the boiled and peeled potatoes and mix well. Set aside and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

In a heated non-stick pan, add some oil. Grill the marinated Aloo from all sides till golden brown.

Step 4

Serve this tasty snack with any chutney of your choice.
