Craving a spicy, Indian-style burger? This tawa paneer burger is perfect! Packed with flavours, this recipe can amp up your lunch and evening scenes. Here's how to make it.

½ cup curd
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
1 bun
1 slice cheese
Tomato ketchup
Mustard

In a bowl, mix curd, chilli powder, pepper, chaat masala, and salt. Coat paneer in this marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavours.
Heat oil on a tawa and heat it with oil. Cook paneer on it until golden brown. Flip gently to get a crispy crust on both sides.
Slice the burger bun and toast it on the same tawa. This will give it a crunchy texture and let it soak up the delicious flavours from the paneer marinade.

Spread mustard sauce and ketchup on the bun. Place onions, tomatoes, crispy paneer and a cheese slice. Assemble the burger and serve it hot!
