If you're all about parathas for breakfast, then try this comforting, flavour-packed paratha! It's easy to make and hits the right spots. Here's how to make a dahi paratha at home.

1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, Salt, to taste, Red chilli powder, to taste, 1-2 green chillies, chopped

1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cup curd, 1 tbsp oil

Mix the wheat flour, salt, and spices in a big bowl. Get those flavours working together from the start.

Add the chopped coriander leaves and knead the dough with curd. Only add a bit of water if it's too dry. The curd will make it nice and soft.

Rub the dough with greased hands, cover it up, and let it chill for at least 30 minutes. This step is key to a soft paratha.
