We all love dosa, but storing that homemade dosa batter without it going bad can be tricky. Here we got some simple tricks to keep your dosa batter fresh for longer.

To keep the batter from turning too sour, toss in a betel leaf with its stem right before sealing the container. This trick helps maintain the flavour.
After making your dosa batter, give it a good stir to knock out any air bubbles. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and pop it in the fridge.

Before you stash away your dosa batter, mix in a little coconut milk. It not only prevents the batter from getting too tangy but also adds a flavour.
