Making corn dumplings is actually a lot easier than it sounds. With just a few simple steps, you can make these delicious bites that'll make everyone at the table go, "Wow!"

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk

Grab a mixing bowl and throw in the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then, add in the star of the show - corn! Mix it well.

Slowly pour in the milk, stirring as you go, until you've got a nice soft dough. You can add a little more milk if you need to.

Use your hands to shape the dough into little balls or patties. Don't worry if they're not perfect; they'll still taste amazing.

Carefully drop those dumplings into boiling water and let them cook for 8-10 minutes. When they float to the top, that's your sign they're good to go.

Scoop out the dumplings with a spoon and serve them with melted butter, a tangy sauce, or your favourite dip.
