Egg Hakka Chowmein is the perfect comfort food, especially on a chilly winter day. Follow these easy steps to make this delicious dish that'll have you coming back for more!

200g Hakka noodles
2 eggs
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce

Cook the Hakka noodles as per the package instructions. Drain them and set them aside for now.

Heat oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until they're fully cooked. Once done, set them aside.

In the same pan, toss in the mixed vegetables and saute them until they're nice and tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Stir in soy sauce, chilli sauce, and a pinch of salt.

Gently fold in the scrambled eggs and cook everything together for 2-3 more minutes.
