Makhana salad is a nutritious dish that combines the crunch of roasted fox nuts with fresh vegetables. Let's dive into this easy yet delicious recipe!

1 cup makhana
1 medium, diced cucumber
1 medium, diced tomato
1 small, finely chopped onion
2 tbsp lemon juice

In a pan, dry roast the makhana over low heat until they turn crisp. This will enhance their flavour and crunchiness.

While the makhana cools, wash and chop the cucumber, tomato, and onion into small, bite-sized pieces.
