Shahi Egg Curry is a delicious recipe made with aromatic spices, a hint of kasoori methi, and cream. It's a perfect dish for dinner, and you can easily prepare it at home.

4 boiled eggs, 1 tsp garlic cloves, minced, 1 onion, chopped, 2 green chillies, sliced, 1 tsp ginger, minced, 1 tbsp fresh cream

1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander leaves,1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil

Make a coarse paste by grinding the onion, green chillies, ginger & garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the paste until it soaks up the oil and becomes fragrant.

Whisk the curd and cream together, then add it to the pan. Mix well.

Add the kasoori methi, garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt. Pour in 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 mins.

Make small slits in the boiled eggs and add them to the pan.

Cook for 5-6 minutes, allowing the eggs to absorb the flavours. Add chaat masala and mix well.
