½ cup Rice, soaked
¼ cup Urad Dal, soaked
¼ cup Chana Dal, soaked
2 tsp Cheese, grated
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Blend rice, urad dal, channa dal and salt with some water.
Heat a non-stick pan, add batter on it and spread it in a circular motion.
Sprinkle chilli flakes on top of the dosa.
Now add the grated cheese to the dosa.
Let the cheese melt and fold the dosa into half.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
