1 tsp Coriander Leaves

2 tsp Besan

½ cup Bread Crumbs

1 Onion

2 Boiled Eggs, grated


1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

Take grated egg in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder, coriander leaves and onion.

Step 1

Mix well. Further, add besan and a little water to bind the mixture together.

Step 2

Knead the mixture well by using your hands. Shape the mixture into small, round kebabs. 

Step 3

Coat the kebabs properly with bread crumbs on both sides.

Step 4

Fry the kebabs in hot oil until they turn golden brown in colour.

Step 5

Serve hot with any chutney or dip of your choice.
