½ cup Capsicum

2 Eggs

2 tbsp Pizza Sauce

½ cup Onion

½ cup Grated Cheese



1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Oil

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Take eggs in a bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, red chilli flakes and oregano. Whisk well.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and capsicum. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. 

Step 2

In the same pan, heat oil. Add egg mix. Cook till done on both sides.

Step 3

Transfer the omelette to a baking tray. Spread pizza sauce.

Add grated cheese and fried veggies.

Step 5

Add oregano, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder.

Step 6

Bake at 180°c for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
