2 Slices Bread

1 Egg

1/4 cup Cheese (Grated)

1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

2 tbsp Pizza Sauce


1/4 cup Capsicum

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1/4 cup Carrot

1/4 cup Onion

Cut out the corners of the bread and flatten it slightly with a rolling pin.

Step 1

Apply maida slurry on the edges of the bread. Then, spread pizza sauce in the centre upto the edges.

Step 2

Add chopped onion, capsicum and carrot.

Step 3

Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano. Add grated cheese on top and roll the bread. Seal the edges with maida slurry, if required.

Step 4

Coat it with the whisked egg and bread crumbs.

Step 5

Fry till golden brown on all sides. Serve with any sauce or dip of your choice.
