What's better than chutney to add that zing to your taste-buds? It gets better when taste is mixed with health benefits. This home-made chutney is all about goodness!

1 bunch Mint Leaves
1 piece Turmeric for 2 tbsp powder
4 tbsp Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Plum Jam

1 tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Black Salt
3 tbsp Sabut Dhania (Coriander)

1. Place turmeric and jeera on a barren base and churn together with a wet stone to make a paste.
2. Keep watering the stone to keep it wet and make the powder smooth. Make sure the paste is not too watery.
3. One by one, add the rest of the ingredients to churn along with the mix. Do not grind all the ingredients together.
4. Churn mint leaves and plum jam in the end. Keep rubbing the stone on them to form a thick mixture with all the ingredients thoroughly mixed.
5. Your delicious Pudina-Haldi chutney is ready!
