How To Make Pudina Haldi Chutney

1. Place turmeric and jeera on a barren base and churn together with a wet stone to make a paste.

2. Keep watering the stone to keep it wet and make the powder smooth. Make sure the paste is not too watery.

3. One by one, add the rest of the ingredients to churn along with the mix. Do not grind all the ingredients together.

4. Churn mint leaves and plum jam in the end. Keep rubbing the stone on them to form a thick mixture with all the ingredients thoroughly mixed.

5. Your delicious Pudina-Haldi chutney is ready!
