1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Garam Masala

 ½ tsp Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

100 gm Minced Mutton


1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2 Green Chillies

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

 In a bowl, combine minced mutton with salt, lemon juice, garam masala and pepper powder.

Further, add chaat masala, coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 2

Mix everything well.

Step 3

Wrap the seasoned minced meat around skewers.

Step 4

Remove the skewers and fry the kebabs in a pan till the mutton is cooked through.

Step 5

The mutton seekh kebab roll is ready! Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
