WINTER SPECIAL: CHICKEN SAAGWALA
RECIPE

Ingredients

½ cup Tomato Puree

½ cup Onion Paste

½ cup Palak Puree

250 gm Chicken 

Ingredients

1 tbsp Cream

1 Bay Leaf

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Ingredients

1 tsp Garam Masala

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, coriander seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and saute for a minute or two.

Step 1

Add the onion paste and cook till the colour changes to light brown. Then, add chicken and cook till it becomes tender.

Step 2

Add tomato puree and stir fry till fat separates. Now, add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Stir till well mixed.

Step 3

Add palak puree and water. 

Step 4

Cook for 5-6 minutes. Then, garnish with cream. Serve hot.
