Ingredients:

100 gms moong dal, 200 gms tomatoes, chopped, 3 Green chillies, 1/2 kg cooked spinach paste, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.

1 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 4 Dried red chillies, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 2 diced onions, Salt to taste

Step-1

Boil moong dal along with tomatoes and green chillies.

Step-2

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chillies and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.

Mix the cooked dal with the spices and bring to a boil.
