A vegetarian version of the popular mutton keema or chicken keema, this Veg Soya Keema is made with soya chunks and is extremely delicious. Pair this with roti, naan or steamed rice for a wholesome meal.

Ingredients of Veg Soya Keema
- 1 Cup Soya chunks
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon
- 3 Cloves
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 pieces Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1/4 cup Yoghurt
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
How to Make Veg Soya Keema
1.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add jeera, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

Add the garlic and sautee till goldren brown.

Then add chopped onion and ginger paste. Mix well.

Keeping the flame on low, add red chili powder, garam masala, haldi, coriander powder and cumin powder.

Now, add the tomato puree and stir well.

Add yoghurt and let it cook until all the oil is separated from the masala mixture.
7.
Add boiled soya chunks and salt. Sautee for 5 mins. Add water.
8.
Cover and cook till all soya chunks are cooked well.
9.
Serve veg soya keema hot garnished with coriander leaves with some roti's or naan.
