Ingredients of Baba Ghanoush
- 1 Eggplant
- to taste Salt
- For roasting Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 large Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
How to Make Baba Ghanoush

Slice eggplant in 2 pieces. Score them, season with salt and olive oil.

Roast eggplant at 200 degrees Celsius until the eggplant is softened and golden brown.

Peel away the skin and add flesh, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, a pinch of salt and mix until creamy.
4.
Add herbs last and pulse to incorporate. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
