Ingredients of Boondi Ki Sabzi

  • 1 Cup Boondi
  • 2 small Chopped onion
  • 2 small Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • A pinch of Hing
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • For Garnishing :
  • Sev (optional)
  • Coriander Leaves

How to Make Boondi Ki Sabzi

Heat oil in pan, add hing and wait till it splutters.

Add onion and let it brown, saute ginger and garlic.

Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, and cook.

Add boondi, sprinkle some water. Cover the pan and let it all cook together for 2 minutes.
5.
Add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and sev (optional). Serve.
