  • 1 Cup Oatmeal Flour
  • 2 Overripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4-5 tbsp Honey
  • A small bowl of milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Cinnamon powder

How to Make No Flour-No Oil Oatmeal Banana Muffin

Make a smooth paste out of the overripe bananas; this will help mix the batter better.

In a bowl add oatmeal flour, crack the eggs, banana puree, honey, and mix. Add cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt and mix again.

Add milk in batches until a semi-runny batter is prepared. You may add nuts and fruits at this point.
