- 1 Eggpant
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- Salt as per taste
- Breadcrumbs
How to Make Baigan Bhaja

To make this dish first thinly cut eggplant.

Now take a bowl and add some oil, red chilli, pepper, salt and chaat masala.

Mix it and spread this on the thinly cut eggplants. Now coat it with bread crumbs.

Finally to cook this dish, you can either pan fry it or bake it in the oven.
