Ingredients of Butterscotch Ladoo

  • 1/2 kg Cashew Nuts
  • 350 gm Sugar
  • 200 gm Butterscotch
  • 100 gm Almond
  • 100 gm Peshawari Pista
  • 50 gm Cold Glaze

How to Make Butterscotch Ladoo

First, dip half kg cashew nut in water for 20 mins. Now, take it out and form a paste to make dough out of it.

Remove half dough and mix pista, butterscotch and almond pieces in it. Add saffron and make small balls.

With the remaining half dough you need to cover each small ball that you made. Now, you get a stuffing of pista, butterscotch and almond covered with cashew nut dough.

Garnish it with cold glaze and coat it with pista and almond flakes. Butterscotch ladoos are ready to serve!
