A Green Tea Highball is well-known for its versatile flavour. In this Highball, Golden Tips Emerald Organic Green tea is combined with the Japanese whisky brand Suntory’s Yamazaki 12-year-old whisky which results in a cocktail full of flavour and taste. Golden Tips Emerald Organic Green teas, produced by plucking the youngest tea leaves, which are then steamed, rolled and dried are world class. In this cocktail, green tea along with sugar syrup adds a bit of body and sweetness which complements the whisky and creates a concoction which tastes like a “Six- Gun Samurai”.

Ingredients of Green Tea Highball
- 60 ml (approx) Golden Tips Emerald Organic Green Tea
- 60 ml (approx) Yamazaki Whisky/Any other Single Malt Whisky
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- Chilled Club Soda
- Ice Cubes
- Mint Leaves (for garnishing)
How to Make Green Tea Highball

Brew the Golden Tips Emerald Organic Green Tea and let it cool down for 30 mins.

Add the whisky to a glass of your choice.
3.
Pour the brewed green tea and sugar syrup to the whisky and mix.
4.
Add several ice cubes and stir to combine.
5.
Top up the cocktail with chilled club soda.
6.
Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve.
