- 1 Cup leftover cooked rice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk/milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter/oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
How to Make Leftover Rice Pancakes

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
