Ingredients of Melon with Lime and Mint Ice
- 2 melons - halved, seeds removed
- Crushed black pepper
- 450 ml water
- Pared rind 3 limes
- 150 gm grain sugar
- Handful mint leaves
- Juice of 6 limes
- For garnish:
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- Mint leaves
- Fruits, optional
How to Make Melon with Lime and Mint Ice

Sprinkle crushed pepper over melon and chill.

Add rind to water with sugar.
3.
Dissolve over a moderate flame.
4.
Boil for 10 minutes.
5.
Add mint leaves to hot syrup.
6.
Infuse cool, strain liquid.
7.
Add lime juice.
8.
Freeze until set.
9.
Spoon into hollow of melon.
10.
Garnish with cucumber, fruits and mint leaves.
