Ingredients of Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

  • 4 Slices Bread
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Grated Garlic
  • Salt
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mango powder
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1/3 cup Paneer, crumbled

How to Make Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

In a kadhai, heat oil and saute garlic and cumin seeds. Remove it from heat.

Add paneer, red chilli powder, masala powder, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, amchur powder and mix it well.

Spread butter on the bread, place onion rings, tomatoes and paneer bhurji. Close the sandwich, and grill it.
