Ingredients of Phool Makhane Ki Kheer
- 1 Cup MAKHANA
- 500 ml MILK
- 3 tbsp GHEE
- 3-4 PCS(POWDERED) GREEN CARDAMOM
- 4-5 pieces RAISINS
- 100 gram SUGAR 100 GMS
- 4-5 pieces SAFFRON THREADS
How to Make Phool Makhane Ki Kheer
1.
IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN BOIL MILK TILL IT REDUCES TO HALF.

HEAT GHEE IN SEPARATE PAN & SAUTÉ MAKHANA TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE FROM FIRE.
3.
ADD MAKHANA, SUGAR & GREEN CARDAMOM TO THE THICK MILK AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL AROMATIC.

LET IT SETTLE AND GARNISH WITH CASHEWS & SAFFRON AND SERVE COLD
