  • 1 Cup MAKHANA
  • 500 ml MILK
  • 3 tbsp GHEE
  • 3-4 PCS(POWDERED) GREEN CARDAMOM
  • 4-5 pieces RAISINS
  • 100 gram SUGAR 100 GMS
  • 4-5 pieces SAFFRON THREADS

How to Make Phool Makhane Ki Kheer

IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN BOIL MILK TILL IT REDUCES TO HALF.

HEAT GHEE IN SEPARATE PAN & SAUTÉ MAKHANA TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN AND REMOVE FROM FIRE.
3.
ADD MAKHANA, SUGAR & GREEN CARDAMOM TO THE THICK MILK AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL AROMATIC.
4.
LET IT SETTLE AND GARNISH WITH CASHEWS & SAFFRON AND SERVE COLD
