Ingredients of Ganne Ke Rass Ki Kheer
- 1 litre sugarcane juice
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 150 gms soaked rice (15 mins)
How to Make Ganne Ke Rass Ki Kheer

Heat sugarcane juice in a bowl over high heat until it boils. Reduce the heat to a minimum and add 2-3 tbsp of milk.

Remove the scum floating on top. Add pre-soaked rice, stir it properly until you get a full boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid to cook the rice.

Check in between, cook it in open for another 5-6 minutes until it thickens.

Now add roasted peanuts, give it a stir. Add dried cranberries, the pudding/kheer is ready to be served hot.
