Spinach wrap is very tasty to eat, it not only gives different color to the roti but also makes it healthy. While making the wrap, you can use the feeling in the wrap as per your wish, here we have used the feeling of paneer.

Ingredients of Spinach Wrap

  • To make Spinach Bread:
  • 1 cup Spinach puree
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • To prepare the filling:
  • 250 g paneer
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into pieces
  • Garlic
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

How to Make Spinach Wrap

Take wheat flour in a vessel, add salt, oil and spinach puree to it and knead the dough. Keep it aside for some time.

Now put a pan on the gas to make filling. Heat oil in it and add green chillies along with garlic and fry for a few seconds.

After this, cook onion, capsicum for a while. Then add tomatoes and fry again.

Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, mix everything and cook. Add paneer and mix well with the mixture. At last mix lemon juice and turn off the gas.

Heat the griddle on the gas and make dough balls. Roll it in the shape of a roti and roast it well on a griddle.

For Assembling:

1.
Take spinach roti, spread this mayonnaise and spread it after adding the prepared filling. Add green chutney.
2.
Roll the roti and wrap it in butter paper and serve. Your spinach wrap is ready.
