Ingredients of Baby Corn Bezule
- 100 gm baby corn
- For marinating:
- 10 gm deghi mirch powder
- 10 gm ginger & garlic paste
- Salt - to taste
- 2 gm turmeric powder
- 10 curry leaves
- 4 gm garam masala powder
- 4 gm dhania powder
- For coating:
- 40 gm rice flour
- 40 gm besan flour
- Oil to deep fry
How to Make Baby Corn Bezule
1.
Blanch baby corn in turmeric & salt water. (Use a pinch of both in water and heat it till the baby corn softens)

Cool it down and mix with the marinating spices. Set aside for 10 minutes.

After marinating, dust it with rice and besan flour, make sure baby corn doesn't stick to each other
4.
Deep fry in medium hot oil till it becomes crispy and serve hot.
