A speedy monsoon delight. Baby corn marinated in varied spices and fried crisp.

Ingredients of Baby Corn Bezule

  • 100 gm baby corn
  • For marinating:
  • 10 gm deghi mirch powder
  • 10 gm ginger & garlic paste
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 gm turmeric powder
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 4 gm garam masala powder
  • 4 gm dhania powder
  • For coating:
  • 40 gm rice flour
  • 40 gm besan flour
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Baby Corn Bezule

  • 1.Blanch baby corn in turmeric & salt water. (Use a pinch of both in water and heat it till the baby corn softens)
  • 2.Cool it down and mix with the marinating spices. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • 3.After marinating, dust it with rice and besan flour, make sure baby corn doesn't stick to each other
  • 4.Deep fry in medium hot oil till it becomes crispy and serve hot.
