Ingredients of Banana Kheer

  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • Sliced banana, to garnish
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 strands kesar (optional)
  • Jaggery powder, as per taste
  • Half cup roughly chopped nuts (of your choice)

How to Make Banana Kheer

Boil the milk on low-medium flame until it thickens.

Add kesar, cardamom powder and dry fruits to it. Simmer until the kesar leaves colour.
3.
Take mashed banana in a bowl and add the milk to it.
4.
Garnish with sliced banana and serve.
