Ingredients of Choco-Elaichi Peda
- 300 gms Marie Biscuit
- 150 gram Condensed Milk
- 150 gms Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 50 gram Desiccated Coconut
- 10 gram Sliced Pistachios
How to Make Choco-Elaichi Peda

In a food processor add Marie biscuits & crush finely.

Take the crushed biscuit in a mixing bowl & add Chocolate Flavoured Syrup, condensed milk & cardamom powder.
3.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a dough.
4.
Apply butter or ghee on your palms and divide the mixture into equal portions.
5.
Form smooth round balls & flatten them to resemble Peda.
6.
Tuck in the desiccated coconut & pistachios in the centre of the Peda.
7.
Refrigerate and use.
