This classic Italian dessert is made from gelatine, cream. With the mild flavors of vanilla and coconut milk. Chilled and served with sliced mangoes.

Ingredients of Coconut Milk Panna Cotta
- 300 ml of fresh cream
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 1 vanilla pod, cut in the middle and seeds scraped
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 5 sheets of gelatine
- Mango slices
- 1/2 cup cold water
How to Make Coconut Milk Panna Cotta

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water.

Heat some cream, coconut milk, caster sugar and vanilla in a pan.

Add the gelatine sheets and stir.

Remove from heat and keep stirring until the gelatine sheets are dissolved in the mixture.

Sieve the mixture and pour it into ramekins.
6.
Refrigerate in the freezer for about an hour.
7.
Tip the sides of the ramekins with a sharp knife to ease the panna cotta slide out on a serving tray.
8.
To serve: Garnish with sliced mangoes and serve.
