Ingredients of Crab Pita Pocket
- 8 Crab sticks
- 3 tbsp Mint mayonnaise
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Whole wheat pita bread
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- Iceberg
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper, crushed
How to Make Crab Pita Pocket

Remove the crab stick from the freezer and set it aside to thaw. Slice the red and green peppers, as well as the onion.

Shred the iceberg lettuce. Mix all the sliced veggies with the mint mayo and crab stick.

Sprinkle crushed black pepper into the mixture. Do not include the iceberg lettuce in the mixture. Cut the pita bread into halves and gently pull each half open to form a pocket.
