Ingredients of Egg Chowmein
- 200 gms Noodles
- 2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 small Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 small Carrot (chopped)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- to taste Pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Black salt
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
How to Make Egg Chowmein

Firstly, slice or chop veggies like carrots, onion, capsicum and cabbage. Then, chop green chillies and garlic.

Then, boil water in a large vessel and add noodles along with the salt. Once noodles are boiled, drain the noodles in a strainer and wash it with cold water. Keep aside.

To make the scrambled eggs, heat oil in a kadhai and break 4 eggs side by side on the kadhai and add salt and pepper, mix it well. Ps: Do not over cook it.

Now, clean the wok and again heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and green chillies.

Add cabbage, onion, carrot and capsicum. Saute on high flame for about a minute or so.

Now add boiled noodles and toss it with the veggies to combine everything.

Add the sauces and spices and mix it well. Now add the scrambled eggs and mix again.
8.
Egg chowmein is ready to served.
