Ingredients of Healthy Fresh Fruits Ladoo
- 300 gms moong dal
- 3-4 Tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 10 Gram Apple
- 10 Gram kiwi
- 10 Gram pineapple
- 10 Gram pomegranate
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 10 Gram fresh coconut
How to Make Healthy Fresh Fruits Ladoo

Soak the moong dal in enough water overnight or for 4 to 5 hours.

Drain the soaked dal and grind it to a smooth paste using a little water
COOKING MOONG DAL
1.
In a nonstick pan, melt the ghee on medium-low heat.

Add the ground moong dal and stir continuously. Cook until the raw aroma disappears, and the mixture turns golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. It should look granular and separate from the ghee
COOL DOWN:

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down for about 1 hour.

Making Ladoo
PREPARE FRESH FRUITS

While the mixture cools, chop the apple, kiwi, pineapple, pomegranate
MIX FRUITS:

Once the moong dal mixture has cooled, add the chopped fresh fruits and Mix well.
2.
Grease your hands with a little ghee. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos, pressing firmly to hold their shape
3.
Roll the ladoos in freshly grated coconut for garnish.
