Ingredients of Mango Avocado & Ginger Bruschetta
- 1(8 Slice) Garlic bread Loaf
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pieces Mango (ripe but firm)
- 1 pieces Avocado
- 1 pieces Onion
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1-2 pieces Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 cup Green Coriander
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 pinch Black pepper crushed
- 4 Pinch Salt
How to Make Mango Avocado & Ginger Bruschetta
1.
Slice garlic loaf in 8 pieces, brush with olive oil both sides and toast in an oven/ toaster/ grill both sides until crisp.

Cut small dices of mango and avocado and reserve.

Finely chop onion, de seeded tomato, green chilies, coriander.
4.
In a big bowl, mix mango, avocado, onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, green coriander. Mix in lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
5.
Spread the mango salsa on toasted bread and serve immediately.
