Ingredients of Mango Tiramisu
- 250 gms Mascarpone Cheese
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 150 gms Caster Sugar
- 200 gms Semi-whipped cream
- 50 ml Mango Puree
- 150 gms Sliced Alphonso Mangoes
- 12 Ladyfinger Biscuits
- 60 ml Kahlua
- 200 ml Homemade Coffee Syrup
How to Make Mango Tiramisu

In a heavy-bottomed pan, place 100 grams of sugar and add 50 ml of water. Bring it to a boil until the syrup reaches a temperature of 116 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks and slowly add the syrup while consistently whipping until it reaches a cool and thick whipped cream texture.

Add the mascarpone to the mixture and incorporate the mango puree.

To make the coffee syrup, take 100 ml of water, add the Kahlua, 15 grams of instant coffee powder, and 50 grams of sugar. Mix well in warm water and let it rest until it reaches room temperature.

In a serving dish, place the finger biscuits after soaking them in the coffee syrup for a minute. Gently spread the mascarpone-mango mixture on top of the biscuits and add a layer of mango slices. Repeat one more time.

Refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and add some fresh mango slices on top. Serve chilled.
