The recipe of methi ki kadhi is almost similar to the usual recipe of kadhi - the only thing that differs is the addition of methi leaves. Also, the recipe is very simple and requires just a few ingredients.

Ingredients of Methi Ki Kadhi
- 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Gram Flour (besan)
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
How to Make Methi Ki Kadhi

Take a bowl, add yogurt along with water and whisk into a thin mixture. Once done, add gram flour (besan) followed by green chilli paste and mix again.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and green garlic, mix and sauté for a minute.

Add fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook till the fenugreek seeds and leaves wilt. Add turmeric powder and mix.
4.
Add yogurt-gram flour mixture and mix well. Add salt, mix and simmer, stir a few minutes, till the mixture thickens.
5.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
