Ingredients of Nimbu Hari Mirch Chicken Tikka
- 400 gm Chicken breast (boneless)
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 bunch Coriander
- A handful of Mint
- 20-25 Kaffir lime leaves
- 5-6 Green chillies
- Water (as required)
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Black pepper powder
How to Make Nimbu Hari Mirch Chicken Tikka

Marinate the chicken in salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, grind kaffir lime leaves, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic into a paste. Mix the green paste with yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.

Bathe the marinated chicken in this yoghurt paste and keep for an hour.

Roast the marinated chicken in tandoor till its cooked and slightly burnt. You can also bake this in an oven.
