- 4 nungu/ice apples/palm fruit
- 2-3 glass water
- Black salt and sugar, to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Mint leaves, to garnish
How to Make Nungu Sherbet (Ice Apple Sherbet)

Peel the nungu and crush in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, salt and sugar to it. Mix well.

In a glass jar, add water, the nungu mix and mix well.

Transfer to a glass, garnish with mint leaves and add some ice cubes.

Serve chilled.
