- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp refined oil/butter
- Water
- For filling:
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to fry
How to Make Peshawari Katlama

Knead a soft dough with mentioned ingredients and keep side.

Cover with a moist cloth and let it breath for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a paste with the ingredients mentioned for filling.

Now, make small roundels and roll them flat.

Spread the besan paste on the top and deep-fry until golden and crispy.
