Ingredients of Tamatar Feta Cheese Katlama

  • 150 gms Paneer
  • 50 gram Feta cheese
  • 90 gram Tomato
  • 20 gram Corn flour
  • 20 gram Roasted chana powder
  • 5 gram Green Chillies
  • 5 gram Green coriander
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • 10 gram Garam Masala
  • 0.5 gram Butter

How to Make Tamatar Feta Cheese Katlama

Add corn flour & roasted chana powder to warm salted water, mix all the ingredients.

Knead dough and let it stand 10-15 min.

While dough is setting, put butter in a pan on a slow fire.
4.
Take small quantity of dough mixture in the heated pan and press with fingers till it becomes thin(2cm).
5.
Cook on slow fire till the colour becomes brown.
6.
Garnish with tricolor julienne of capsicum and spring onions or you can also use carrot, raddish and capsicum.
