Ingredients of Prawn Masala
- Large Prawns, De-veined, tail removed
- 1 Tomato, medium diced
- 1 Onion, minced
- 1 Green chilli, minced
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- to taste Salt
How to Make Prawn Masala

Marinate the prawns, with the chilli powder, turmeric and salt to taste.

In a wok, heat coconut oil, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, and cook till the mustard seeds pop.

Sauté, onions and green chilli till golden brown, add in tomatoes and mash it with a spoon and cook it to a paste.
4.
Toss in your prawns and cook the prawns for 2 minutes. Add a little water, cover it with a lid for two minutes, check the if the prawn is fork tender. Salt to taste.
