Ingredients of Singhade Ki Kadhi
- 30 gms Singhare ka aata
- 250 gram beaten curd
- 200 gram Ghee
- 2 pieces Dried red chilli (whole)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger & green chilli paste
How to Make Singhade Ki Kadhi

PREPARE BATTER OF SINGHARE KA ATTA. ADD SENDHA NAMAK TO TASTE FOR MAKING PAKORAS. FRY THEM IN GHEE.

MIX BEATEN CURD, SENDHA NAMAK, SINGHARE KA ATTA (2 TSP) IN WATER. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO LUMPS.

HEAT SOME GHEE IN A LARGE PAN ADD CUMIN SEEDS, GINGER & GREEN CHILI PASTE, DRIED RED CHILIES AND SAUTÉ.

THEN ADD BEATEN CURD AND FLOUR MIXTURE INTO THE PAN.

LET IT BOIL FOR ABOUT 10MINUTES. ADD PAKORAS
6.
STIR CONSTANTLY FOR 15 MINUTES. SERVE HOT WITH KUTTU KI POORI
