Ingredients of Stir Fry Prawns

  • 2 Tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Corn starch
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro stalks chopped
  • 1 and a half cup Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 Stalks Spring onion, chopped; separated
  • 8 Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 Inch Fresh ginger, julliennes
  • 2-3 Dried red chillies, halved v
  • Salt as required

How to Make Stir Fry Prawns

Saute prawns in oil till water dries up completely. Once the prawns are golden brown, keep it aside.

In another pan, saute ginger, garlic and whole red chillies. Stir fry for a while.

Add the cooked prawns and spring onions.

Add the cooked prawns and spring onions.

Sprinkle corn flour, toss the wok. Season with soy sauce, salt, honey, chilli sauce.

Once the sauce is combined, the stir fry prawns are ready!
