Ingredients of Tandoori Aloo Keema
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Zeera Powder
- 2 tsp Dhaniya Powder
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1/2 kg Boneless mutton (minced), marinated
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pieces Bay Leaf
- 5 pieces Green Cardamom
- 1 tsp Zeera
- 2 pieces Cloves
- 2 Medium onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
How to Make Tandoori Aloo Keema

In a pan add oil, bay leaf, green cardamom, zeera and cloves. Now add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger and butter. Next, add the green chillies and capsicum.

Now add the masalas: turmeric powder, red chilli powder, zeera powder, dhaniya powder, hing and salt.

Add the mutton mince and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Now, throw in chopped potatoes and tomatoes.

Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
